Southern Belle Farm

On Saturday, we headed to the pumpkin patch that we've gone to for the past couple of years.  Southern Belle Farm is way more than just a pumpkin patch and we were so happy the Hills joined us this year.  In fact, we had so much fun we almost forget to get a pumpkin before we left.

It was a beautfiul, sunny day.  Warmer than expected, but there was a breeze that hinted to the fall weather that would hit us that night.

This picture cracks me up.  Baby Reese didn't miss out on any of the fun.

Just us girls, haning out on the farm.  I love how Elizabeth is trying to love on both Reese and Caroline.  I'm also excited to think that there will be many more years of us all going to the pumpkin patch together.

Last year, E rode with her daddy but this year she was big enough to ride all by herself.  She was very proud!

Caroline was excited to be a part of the action this year.

While we were there, they had a survivor wagon parade in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness.  Very cool.

Shooting the corn cannon... a little too loud for Elizabeth's liking

watching the pig races

The girls really wanted to pet the horses, but then they got a little too close for comfort.

We ended our Saturday with a neighborhood party at our house.  The kids roasted marshmallows at our fire pit then watched movies in the basement.  It finally got chilly while the adults sat around the fire welcoming fall!
