Halloween

Elizabeth wanted to be a headless horseman for Halloween.  I have no idea where she got that idea, but I said okay.  She dressed up as that for our neighborhood fall festival.

My neighborhood besties with our little girls:)

Elizabeth decided that she couldn't move well enough from house to house in her headless horseman costume.  So she dug through our costume bin and came up with this 80's girl costume.  I was pretty impressed.
Caroline never wavered... she was always Moana!

TOTY Pep Rally

Being named Teacher of the Year was one of the most overwhelming privileges of my life.  There have been so many exciting events that came along with it.  The most exciting so far was the breakfast and pep rally.  That was a day I will never forget!

My cheering section was incredible!

My favorite teachers!  Alissa and Christine made this day absolutely perfect!

My favorite radio personalities were the emcees for the pep rally.  I was a little star struck.

My students were all wearing this shirt they designed:)
Alissa and Christine took my girls to breakfast so that Bert and I could enjoy the TOTY breakfast kid-free.  They made signs for me too.

Afterwards we all went to lunch together on the square.... the perfect day!

20th High School Reunion

In October I went back to Memphis to celebrate my 20th high school reunion. Since Beth, Stephanie, and I were coming without our families, we decided to make it a girls weekend.  We rented a house and had the very best time!

Fall Break

Our fall break fell at the same time as Beth's kids this year... yay!  So we decided to have a girls trip in Greenville, SC.  What a fantastic city!
